These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all sales of engine parts made by Greenspeed, registered in the Trade Register under number BE0438.935.589, with its head office located at 73 drève de Linkebeek, 1640 Rhode Saint Genèse, Belgium.
The T&Cs apply to any order placed by a customer on the website https://greenspeed.be and to orders placed via email. They take precedence over any other version or conflicting document.
The products offered for sale are engine parts. The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on the website.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges. Greenspeed reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Confirmation of the order by the customer constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer will receive an email confirming the order.
Payment is made by credit card or any other means offered on the website. The order is considered final after confirmation of payment. In the event of late payment, late interest will be applied in accordance with applicable legislation, in accordance with the law of August 2, 2002, concerning the fight against late payment in commercial transactions. The goods remain the property of Greenspeed until full payment is received.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
The products are guaranteed against any defect in conformity and hidden defects for a period of 2 years from delivery.
Greenspeed is not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use of the products sold. The customer is responsible for the proper assembly of the parts and must check their proper functioning before use. Greenspeed declines any liability in case of incorrect assembly or improper use of the parts.
All elements of the website https://greenspeed.be are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Greenspeed.
The personal data collected during the order is used for the processing and management of orders. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to their personal data.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
These T&Cs are subject to Belgian law.
